The genesis of Future Imperfect was a thought we had at LINK Associates that after over 20 years of crisis management experience incorporating scenarios, incident role playing and media handling we could look a little bit ahead to see where some of the issues we had dealt with were going. Little did we know when we started how prescient it would all be.
