LINK Associates International website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. The content of this site is provided for general information purposes only. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions which take effect from the date of first use.

The booking form provides the basis of charges to be made by LINK Associates International Limited for the work therein specified and that booking form, together with these Terms & Conditions, form the entirety of the Agreement between the parties. The booking form and these Terms & Conditions shall take effect in substitution for all or any previous Agreements or arrangements whether written, oral or implied between the parties and all such previous Agreements or arrangements are terminated by mutual consent with immediate effect.

These Terms & Conditions do not constitute either employment or partnership between the parties and LINK Associates International Limited is not deemed to be acting as the Agent for the Client except and in so far as the Client may specifically delegate in writing any special or restrictive authority so to act in regard to the performance of the services. LINK Associates International Limited shall during the subsistence of this Agreement be an independent contractor for all purposes.

1. The fees charged by LINK associates international limited are as detailed on the website (open courses) and will be charged for the delivery of the course whether it is carried out at LINK Associates International Limited's training facility.
2. All charges for training courses at LINK Associates International Limited training facility are payable in full twenty-eight working days before the course commences. LINK Associates International Limited reserves the right charge interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 4% above Lloyds Bank Plc base rate.
3. Value Added Tax at the current rate will be added to invoices as applicable.

All fee rates remain valid for a period of 30 days or earlier acceptance by the client, after which LINK Associates International Limited reserves the right to review rates and other charges in the light of current operating costs.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate the Agreement between LINK Associates International Limited and the Client by one calendar months notice in writing.

Cancellation charges:

42 - 29 days notice 50% of fees
28 - 0 days notice 100% of fees

Delegates or courses may be substituted to offset the cancellation charges. LINK Associates International Limited reserves the right to modify the course content and in exceptional circumstances, to cancel a course, where all fees will be refunded.

Notification of Changes

Twenty eight days prior written notice of any increase will be given by LINK Associates International Limited to the client due to any factor beyond the control of LINK Associates International Limited (for example, foreign exchange fluctuations, currency regulations, alteration of duties, significant increases of cost of labour, materials or other cost of manufacture) or any change in dates.

The Agreement between the Client and LINK Associates International Limited will be on a non-exclusive basis and nothing will prevent LINK Associates International Limited from accepting services or carrying out work for others, except to the extent that it interferes with the due performance of the current services.

The failure of LINK Associates International Limited to enforce at any time or for any period of time any of the provisions hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right of LINK Associates International Limited to enforce each and every such provision as seen fit.

All or any industry property rights such as patentable inventions, non-patentable processes or know-how, copyright and the like created, designed or discovered by LINK Associates International Limited will be and will remain in the property of LINK Associates International Limited for all purposes.

LINK Associates International Limited shall not be liable to the Client under any circumstances for any losses arising out of the services and of the work in connection therewith which are not reasonably foreseeable or for any consequential loss, damage or injury of any kind, whether direct or indirect and including loss of revenue, anticipated loss of profits and/or claims made by any third party.

The Agreement between LINK Associates International Limited and the Client and all matters arising there from shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English court.
